Please note that House Studio Eve is part of the property manager’s private residence.
The entrance and some areas are shared, and the surrounding neighborhood is residential.
To avoid disturbing neighbors, please refrain from staying or talking loudly outside the studio.

▸ Cancellations

A 100% cancellation fee (based on the base fee per number of participants) applies from 7 days before your reservation.
Cancellations due to force majeure—such as transportation shutdowns from natural disasters or government emergency declarations—will not incur fees, but please contact us promptly.

▸ Shoes

Some areas prohibit outdoor shoes, while others allow them.
In no-shoes areas, please protect the soles of costume shoes using masking tape or felt (“protective taping”).
Masking tape is available at the studio. Even new shoes require protection.

  • Ensure no gaps between the tape and sole.

  • Clean off any dirt or sand before applying tape.

  • Use felt or cellophane tape for difficult areas such as high heels.

  • Avoid colored tape (black or tinted), as it can stain floors.

  • Soft indoor shoes, slippers, sandals, or straw sandals that have never been used outdoors do not require taping.

Please pay special attention to protect floors and equipment for the next users.

▸ Revealing Costumes

  • If your costume exposes the chest, buttocks, or groin area, please wear undergarments or stockings to prevent direct skin exposure.

  • Fake breasts or silicone suits are excluded from this rule.

  • Cleavage is acceptable, but side or underboob exposure requires coverage.

  • Underwear-only or lingerie-only outfits are prohibited.

  • Bikinis are not allowed unless paired with outerwear or a skirt/scarf for coverage.

  • Overly sexual poses (e.g. M-poses, “cat” poses, emphasizing breasts or genitals) are prohibited.

▸ Costume and Wig Requests (For Models)

  • Please ensure any painted props or costumes are completely dry and colorfast.

  • Deteriorated synthetic leather may flake and damage studio surfaces—please inspect beforehand.

  • Shake off any loose wig fibers before bringing them in.

  • Liquid fake blood that drips is not allowed; only dried, non-transferable types are permitted.
